Some things to consider:

1) Cost - Each program you consider is going to be different and the cost can be a very important item that can either rule something in or rule it out. With respect to how much a program costs you should also consider how you are going to pay for it. Do you have the money to pay for it or will you borrow it? If you borrow the money what types of financial aid may be available to help you pay? These are great questions to ask each individual school you contact.
2) Time – How long is the program going to take to complete? Since each one is different some may allow you to work at your own pace while others may not. Completion is a big deal so you should make a list or spreadsheet of all the schools you contact and write down the minimum and maximum times to finish the program.
3) Employment – What types of employment opportunities are available both during and after completion of the program? Many people who choose online LPN to rn programs are likely doing so to allow them to continuing working their regular nursing job while advancing their education. Depending on your situation this may or may not be a relevant question to ask.
